On Tuesday morning around 11:13, CERT-SA received a call for a shooting incident at a Caltex Garage on Johan le Roux road in Meyerton.
Upon arrival, CERT-SA found two male patients who had been shot. One of the men had unfortunately succumbed to his injuries despite all our efforts and was declared dead on scene. The other patient was treated on scene and was taken to a nearby medical facility by ER24.
The scene was handed over to SAPS and will be investigated.
On the scene of the crime were, ER24 EMS (Pty) Ltd. , Meyerton SAPS, Midvaal Traffic Department , Afri Guard , and local CPF.
