The initiative offers an efficient and secure alternative for residents, eliminating the need for physical visits. Residents can access various services conveniently through the digital platforms, including viewing account statements, making payments, lodging complaints, and more. The partnership sets a new standard for municipal service delivery, emphasizing a commitment to innovation and accessibility.
